What we'd love to hear about
Salary Converter is run by Pond Software, a small independent studio, and email is the best way to reach a real person. A few things especially worth writing about:
- A number that looks wrong. If a take-home estimate, tax figure, or cost-of-living index seems off, tell us which page and what you expected. We fix confirmed errors quickly.
- A conversion or scenario we're missing. If you searched for a pay breakdown we don't have yet, let us know — it helps us decide what to build next.
- Press, partnership, or privacy questions. Anything about the site, its data, or how we handle your information.
For privacy or data requests specifically, our privacy policy explains what we collect (very little) and how to reach us about it.
One thing we can't help with
We can't give personal financial, tax, or legal advice, and we don't have access to your specific paycheck, employer, or tax situation. Salary Converter is an informational tool — see our terms of use for what that means. For questions about your own pay, your employer's HR or payroll team and a licensed tax professional are the right people to ask.
